Roughly how long will I be in the salon?

Cuts run under an hour. Root work and toning sit around ninety minutes. Highlighting, balayage, and silver transitions frequently occupy three or four hours, and corrections occasionally stretch beyond that. We'll confirm a realistic window when you reserve, so you can arrange the rest of your day around it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards and cash are both welcome. Gratuity can be added electronically or handed to your stylist, whichever suits you.

May I bring someone along?

Certainly. Partners, friends, and family are welcome to keep you company, though seating beside the chairs is limited when the floor is busy.

Is the salon accessible?

Entry and the main floor are step-free. If you have particular requirements around seating, timing, or the basin, mention it when you reserve and we'll prepare accordingly.

I have a sensitive scalp or a known allergy. What now?

Tell us in advance. Where a patch test is sensible, we'll arrange it ahead of your visit, and alternative formulations can often be used. Never assume a reaction rules colour out entirely.

What happens if I'm unhappy afterwards?

Speak up, ideally within a week. Tone in particular can settle differently once you've washed at home, and small refinements are frequently straightforward. We'd far rather adjust it than have you live with something that isn't right.

Any chance of an earlier slot than what's showing online?

Frequently, yes. Diaries shift daily. Ring us and ask to be noted for short-notice openings, and we'll reach out when one appears.

Do you host group or event bookings?

We do, for weddings, milestone occasions, and similar gatherings. Contact us well ahead with your date and headcount so enough stylists can be scheduled together.

Do I need a consultation before booking a service?

Yes. Every appointment begins with a short one-to-one consultation so your stylist understands your hair history, lifestyle, and goals before any work begins. This is included in your visit at no extra cost.

How far in advance should I book?

For color and bridal services, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead. Haircuts and blowouts can often be scheduled within a few days, depending on stylist availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.

Which hair products do you use?

We work exclusively with premium, professional-grade color and care lines, selected by your stylist to suit your hair type and condition. Home-care recommendations are always tailored, never one-size-fits-all.
