Balayage in Las Vegas

Painted by hand. Grown out beautifully.

Balayage coloring is freehand work. No foils, no uniform rows, just color painted where it catches light on your particular face and your particular cut. Done properly, it looks like your hair simply does this.

Full Balayage
Partial Balayage
Foilyage

Hand Painted

Placement follows your cut and face shape rather than a fixed sectioning pattern.

Softer Grow-Out

No hard root line, which is why balayage stretches months longer between appointments.

Toned to You

Every service finishes with a gloss or toner matched to your undertone.

Hair Health Protected

Bond builders run through the lightening stage on every service.

Real results

Balayage that grew
with them.

Look at where the brightness starts. In good balayage, you can’t find the beginning of it, which is exactly why it ages so well.

Why clients choose it

Low maintenance. Not low effort.

Balayage is the most requested service in this salon, and the reason is almost always the same. Clients want dimension without living in the appointment book.

01

Fewer appointments

Twelve to sixteen weeks between visits is normal, compared with four to six for root-based color.

02

Natural dimension

Depth stays at the root and brightness builds toward the ends, which is how sun-lightened hair actually behaves.

03

Works with your cut

Placement is built around your layers and length, so the color moves when your hair moves.

The transformation

Balayage is placement. That's the whole craft.

Most disappointing balayage comes down to one thing, and it isn’t the color formula.

01 — The Problem

Blocky, stripey or muddy results

Painted too uniformly, started too high, or toned without accounting for the underlying pigment. The result reads as stripes or sits flat instead of blending.

02 — Our Solution

Considered balayage hair coloring

Sections are painted at varying depths and starting points, saturation is built gradually toward the ends, and toning is chosen for what the hair actually lifted to.

03 — The Result

Soft, dimensional, lived-in color

Brightness where it flatters, depth where it grounds, and a grow-out you’ll still be happy with in month four.

What to expect

Clear expectations. A personalized plan.

How bright your balayage can go in one session depends entirely on where your hair is starting. We’ll be straight with you about that at the chair.

01

Personalized Consultation

Your natural level, color history, condition, and the photos you've brought all get discussed before anything is mixed.

02

Placement Plan

Your stylist decides where to start each section, how much contrast to build, and whether foilyage is needed for extra lift.

03

Realistic Lift

Dark or previously colored hair rarely reaches a bright blonde in one visit. Where that's the case, we'll map it across two or three.

04

Toning and Aftercare

A gloss or toner finishes the tone, and you'll leave knowing which products protect it and when to book your refresh.

Choosing your service

How much brightness do you actually want?

Balayage hair color highlights come in different intensities. The right one depends on how much contrast you want, how much time you have, and what your budget allows.

Full balayage

Painted through the entire head, including the back. The brightest, most dimensional result and the longest appointment.

Partial balayage

Focused on the top sections and around the face, which is where most of the visible brightness lives. Shorter appointment, lower cost, strong impact.

Foilyage

Painted freehand, then wrapped in foil to drive more lift. The choice when you want balayage softness but need brighter blonde than open-air painting delivers.

Personalized balayage pricing

Your hair is unique. Your investment is too.

Two clients asking for identical photos can need very different appointments. Six factors set your price.

Starting Level

How dark your natural or existing color is, and how much lift your target requires.

Length & Density

More hair means more painting time, more product, and more toning.

Full or Partial

Full coverage costs more than partial because significantly more of the head is worked.

Color History

Previous box dye, old highlights, or a past correction all change how hair lifts.

Session Count

Reaching a much brighter target sometimes takes two visits. Each is quoted separately.

Stylist Level

Our five-level system lets you choose the experience level that fits your budget.

Balayage can be booked directly. If you’re going significantly lighter or you’ve had previous color corrections, a consultation first will give you a more accurate plan.

What affects your estimate?

Your appointment journey

From consultation to lived-in color.

Balayage appointments typically run three to four hours. Here’s how the time breaks down.

01

Consultation

We look at your natural level, your cut, and your reference photos, then agree how much contrast you actually want.

02

Painting

Lightener is applied freehand, section by section, with saturation built toward the ends. This is the longest part of the appointment.

03

Toning

Once lifted, a gloss or toner sets the final tone and removes any unwanted warmth.

04

Cut and finish

A trim and blow-dry finish the shape, and you leave with aftercare and a return window.

What's the difference between balayage and highlights?

Traditional highlights are woven and wrapped in foil, which creates uniform brightness from root to end. Hair color balayage is painted freehand and left open to air, so brightness builds gradually toward the ends and the root stays soft. That’s why balayage grows out without a visible line.

Most clients return every twelve to sixteen weeks. A toner or gloss refresh at the halfway point keeps the tone fresh without a full service, and it’s a good habit if you’re stretching the full appointment further.

Yes, and it looks striking when it’s built correctly. The key is contrast control. Going too bright too fast on dark hair produces orange, so we lift in stages and use toners to keep the tone rich rather than brassy.

It can, though the effect is different. Shorter hair has less length for brightness to build across, so placement matters even more. Some very short cuts suit foils or a root shadow better, and we’ll tell you honestly which will look better on you.

Usually three to four hours, sometimes longer for thick or very long hair, or where two rounds of lightening are needed. Book with time to spare rather than squeezing it between commitments.

Yes. Blocky placement, stripes, and muddy toning are all correctable, though rebuilding placement takes longer than a fresh service. Book a consultation so we can assess it properly.

Sulfate-free shampoo, a purple or blue toning product depending on your tone, heat protectant, and limiting sun and chlorine exposure. Your stylist will recommend specifics for your shade at the end of your appointment.

If you want dramatic overall brightness, full. If you mostly see the top and front of your hair, or you’re working to a budget, partial delivers most of the visible impact for less. Bring photos and your stylist will tell you which one actually gets you there.
