We value your time and strive to provide the highest-quality service to every guest. To help us maintain a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we have implemented the following policy:

• A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments.

• For a full refund, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.                                            • Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit or be charged the full service amount.

📌 Policy for Same-Day & Last-Minute Bookings

For appointments booked within 24 hours of the service time, you must cancel at least 1 hour before your appointment by calling the salon and leaving a voicemail (voicemail is available 24/7). Same-day or last-minute cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment time will be charged the late cancellation fee.
